Forester claims to have most accurate and simplest prediction device/computer to use on roulette.

His claim is that device can correct human errors created during ball clocking, therefore it will predict falling point within one number of accuracy based on clocked ball and rotor speed.

With his device you can simply clock the ball at any point on the wheel and system will give you signal when ball is above predicted number. It does not need any adjustments, the system within few spins learns any wheel by itself. He does not use hearing aid devices and that makes system undetectable. As I said before this is one of Stefano Hourmouzi's sites.  He is promoting his paper system where you should be able to predict a result even before dealer spins the ball.  

He will ask you to supply 333 or 666 or 999 spins. He believes those numbers have a pattern type which involves a specific cycle found in nature.

The data needs to be from spins where the ball has approximately same amount of rotations and where rotor is slow and close to constant. For example, if the ball landed on zero, then the croupier spun again and the ball stops on 32, then you would write "0,32".  When you collect 333 spins in this format, then you email data to Stefano and by some miracle he sends you back numbers on how to play that particular wheel.  

When first method fails Stefano recommends his custom version where he actually uses parts of latest Scott’s prediction. This time you don't start before dealer but instead when the ball slows down and you suppose to detect the right revolution by listening to the sound and your free approximation. This Stefano's version is designed for a tilted wheel. Of course, it's missing critical elements, and he obviously has no idea how much even the top VB players are struggling with this part. This doesn't worry Stefano, he simply knows, even though he is thousands of  kilometers away and by some voodoo or psychic ability, he will send you correct information on how to play.

When this strategy also fails, it's not that his system was bad, he blames the wheel and of course you and that you  didn't do it right. He understands your concern and admits that there are some people that were not able to make any profit but some are making millions. Now you feel like an idiot and forget about everything.

Laurance Scott is one of creators of visual prediction. I find his system hard to apply but theoretically it will work. In usual buyers of his system learn it then they find their own way. The problem is that conditions in casinos to win are harder. Laurance came up with new solutions involving noticing change in ball sound and usage of timer, his volume 2 book. It is a very good book but again it is harder to find very tilted roulette wheels. Finally it looks as Laurance removed his web page, however if if you are in to roulette advantage play, and want to be ready if opportunity comes I would recommend his book. Here you can get Roulette Spins as 8 DVD set consisting of roulette spins from a modern, low fret, John Huxley single zero Roulette wheel. 

Spins are reasonably well done with clear view to ball on about 70% of ball rotation.

His wheel is not the best for leveled wheel prediction. During recording the wheel was still slightly tilted. Also it has deformations on the ball or wheel track. That causes some spins to behave very differently. However for $150US it is a nice collection.  

Bob is also selling system for $1000US. It is a kind of basic visual prediction that has no chance to produce any advantage. System is missing many components needed to produce advantage. If it isn't tragic, it would be funny. Bob recommends that after prediction you should play street bet, if your predication doesn't come, may be you will win from other street bet. It is showing total lack of understanding advantage on roulette.

With his system you get nice watch worth $50 it can produce pulses with various time intervals. The watch could be useful but not the way as he recommends.

Recently I received an email from Bob Gordon.
First, he tried to convince me that I do not have his full strategy, therefore my review may be incorrect.
I explained to Bob that I have his full version what he sells for $1000 and if he wants I can detail
all the mistakes in his system. Bob replied that he doesn’t wish to have any parts of his strategy discussed anywhere.

Because Bob doesn't advertise his system on the net he thinks that it shouldn’t be reviewed on my page.

I am afraid that is not how my page works. I review any system I want, and I do not care how it was advertised or sold. If he does not like it and if he is so afraid that it may come in wrong hands, then he shouldn't sell it.

When he was paid $1000 he did not have any way of knowing who the buyer was, it could have been me or someone employed as a casino consultant. At that time, his policy wasn't important. Now when his system is exposed and proved to be a total failure, he is finding all possible reasons not talk about it.

I may remove the review only if Bob sends an email to all of his customers that if they are not happy with the system he will refund them, and of course, if he stops selling it. It will be too much to ask him to compensate for the losses that his system may have caused. I was already contacted by someone who had such bad experience with his system. After correcting a mistake and refunds the unhappy customer, he can continue selling DVD’s as good product.

There has been some negative feedback from customers, but it could be from various reasons. Many times computer maybe wasn’t used properly because user does not know how to apply it, or in many occasions negative feedback was set buy his competitor. Casino conditions on roulette are rapidly changing therefore it would not be right to use one of Mark's first computers on today’s wheels and blame Mark for failure.

Mark has been selling his computers for a long time. Taking into account how many units he has sold, this could be a small percentage of negative remarks. Lately Mark claims he will beat any footage presented to him of any roulette wheel that you cannot beat or you get money back.

Mike Barnett (Survtech) and Forester, probably adopted some ideas from Mark in his own design of computer for tilted wheel. But then again all roulette computers especially for tilted wheel have routes in visual prediction where I would say Laurance Scott and Pierre Basieux did significant work.

In the past Mark did have big arguments with Stefano all over the forums. They both used some of dirty tricks to discredit each other. Lately Mark become very quiet and much nicer.

There is some evidence that his computer does have prediction on leveled wheel, compared to Stefano's computer which when tested did not have any. But of course results are not even close to match what Mark is claiming to have.

Latest test have been done on one of his Psion computer that was bought in middle of 2006.

Bottom line is that Mark's computer works, but not well enough or in some other conditions may work better. Some of his more expensive products might work better but I find that hard to believe. If you can put the better working software into one device, you can put it into another. I found Mark friendly and responsive even though his claims were much exaggerated.

Mark is claiming that he has more advanced computers integrated in mobile phone.

Recently he published new video, showing level wheel play with a mobile phone at his site http://predictroulette.com

On this video he demonstrates 76% advantage on 8 numbers sector play. He is using easy ball but hey, if video is genuine and 30% advantage will be ok. Personally when I look his demo I can confirm that his hits are results of prediction, however I cannot say that video is not edited because I am not expert in that field.

It maybe useful to know that Mark finally stopped developing roulette computers using mobile phones and start adopting Forester's idea (myrulet.com) of custom built devices to get accurate time measurements needed for roulette calculation and prediction. People on the net call me Forester, I am qualified as an electronics and telecommunications engineer and I live in Australia.
